How do I activate the Pass?

If you’ve made an online purchase, here’s how to activate your pass:
Download the YesMilano Pass from your preferred app store.
Log in using the reference code and the travel date registered at the time of purchase. The reference code can be found at the top of the QR code, immediately following the ‘#’ character.
Choose the activation date and start using your pass.
Click on ‘Activities’ to make your visit reservations.
Tap the ‘Transport’ icon and follow the instructions to use your public transport ticket.
If you purchased directly through the YesMilano Pass app, there’s no need to log in. Simply follow steps 3-4-5 mentioned above. 
Remember, it’s essential to activate it within 365 days of purchase; once activated, the Pass cannot be refunded.

Does my pass include transportation?

Certainly, in both Passes, you'll receive a 3-day public transportation (ATM) access.

Your ticket will be a digital QR code.

  1. Open the YesMilano Pass app

  4. Click on 'Validate' and then on 'Tap here to validate the ticket' Note: The QR code must be activated each time you use the bus, metro, or tram.

For the duration of the 3 days, your ticket will be a digital QR code.

  1. Open the YesMilano Pass app
  2. Log in

Your ticket remains valid for 3 consecutive calendar days starting from the day of validation.

With the YesMilano Pass it is possible to purchase a ticket to and from the Milan Malpensa Airport with a 10% discount.
 

Yes, transportation to and from Milan Linate Airport is included is provided through the Metro Line 4.

With the YesMilano Pass it is possible to purchase a ticket to and from the Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport with a 10% discount.


All options (standard and all inclusive) are valid for 3 days from the date of the activation.

The following payment methods are accepted: PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, as well as a wide range of credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

The possibility of booking different attractions is subject to venue availability. For this reason, we highly recommend downloading the YesMilano Pass App before your arrival and booking in advance for the most popular attractions, such as the Duomo Cathedral.

If you made your purchase on the website, once you've completed buying the pass, an email will be sent to you containing the voucher with the reservation number and instructions to activate your pass. Just download the YesMilano City Pass app and sign in using the email you used during purchase and the reservation number from the voucher. You're now set to explore the city's finest attractions with your YesMilano City Pass.

If you bought directly through the yesMilano City Pass app, you'll receive the purchase confirmation email, and there's no need to log in. You're all set to use your YesMilano City Pass.

If you have purchased a YesMilano City Pass and have not received the corresponding confirmation email, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • incomplete or incorrect email or billing address
  • credit card authentication failed
  • bank didn't process the transaction as a safety precaution and requires further action from your side
  • email is in your Spam/Junk folder (sometimes confirmation emails accidentally end up there)

Keep in mind that confirmation emails should arrive within a few minutes.

Currently, we do not offer the possibility to upgrade our Pass after purchase; however, you can contact us at support@milanocitypass.com, and we will help you find the best solution for your inquiries on this matter.

All the attractions require a reservation. After downloading the Yes Milano Pass app and activating your pass, you will be able to book a date and time slot for each attraction in your plan through the "Activities" section in your app. 
Please remember: Tickets to different attractions are subject to venue availability, for this reason, we highly recommend booking in advance.

Children up to 5 years old are free of charge at all our museums and attractions.

Your YesMilano City Pass is a fully digital pass; once purchased, you will receive an email with all the necessary instructions to activate it. 

Our pass grants one access per person to each included attraction. If you wish to visit certain attractions multiple times, please reach out to us at support@milanocitypass.com, and we will assist you in finding a suitable solution.

We're sorry, you cannot skip the lines at the attractions with the  pass.

Unfortunately, no. To access the attractions included in the pass, you will need to have the YesMilanoCityPass on the dedicated application.
