“YESMILANO CITY PASS” OFFER

1. The Organizer

The entity is  Vox Milano Pass S.r.l., a single-member company subject to the direction and coordination of Vox S.p.A., with its registered office at via Pievaiola n. 21, Perugia, share capital €98,000 fully paid, tax code and registration number in the Umbria Companies Register 03896580549 (VOX), and (B) the provision by VOX to the User of a personal digital card named YesMilano City Pass, created and managed by VOX upon the request of the Milano & Partners Association in a public-private partnership (the “Organizer”).

2. Offer description

The offer (the “Offer”) consists of a 10% discount on all YesMilano City passes issued by Milano and Partners & Vox Group. The Offer will be available to all international Visa cardholders visiting Milan from 21 July 2025 until 31 December 2025 (the “Offer Period”). 

Please note that users can purchase the pass during the Offer Period but may activate it even after 31st January.

3. How to redeem the Offer 

The user must click on the “Click here” button on this page, select the preferred pass and the discount will be automatically applied to the final purchase, otherwise at the checkout the user can redeem the discount by applying the code VISA10.

4. Cancellation of Tickets

Reservations related to Attractions, Tickets, and the Tickets themselves are non-cancelable, and reservations are non-modifiable unless otherwise indicated.

5. Limitation

This discount is valid only with Visa cards, for single use only and may not be combined with other discounts. 

6. Exclusion of Liability

 Visa shall not be liable for any delays, losses or damage that may be suffered by users of the Offer for causes not directly or indirectly attributable to it.  Visa shall not be liable for any error, human or technical, that may occur during the Offer and disclaims any liability arising from facts or circumstances that are not under its control, namely disruptions to the platforms and devices (validators) and access to them (e.g.,  breakdowns, computer errors, power outages and/or fluctuations, accidents in facilities or equipment).

7. Modification 

Any amendment hereto shall apply as of the date the amended Terms and Conditions are uploaded in the aforesaid webpage or notified to the public in any way the Organizer deems fit in its sole and absolute discretion, the users already waiving any right they may have to raise any claims and/or demands in relation to the manner any amendments of these Terms and Conditions are notified to the public. 

8. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
